Our Process

1. Intro Call

The right fit goes both ways. This is where we figure that out.

Before anything else, we want to make sure we can actually deliver what you need. This call is as much about us understanding your situation as it is about you getting a feel for how we work.

1. Intro Call (30 min). We talk through what you are looking for, what your day to day looks like, and what good support would actually mean for you. From there we figure out together what the right path forward looks like.

2. Preferences Form (10–15 min). Right after the call, you fill out a short form that captures your working style, communication preferences, and anything else that helps us match well. Fill out here.

From there, we put together a User Manual. A profile of how to work with you that guides our search and gets shared with candidates before they ever meet you. We share it with you to review, add to, and make your own.

2. Finding Your Ideal Candidate

Finding your ideal candidate is a two-way process. We do the legwork. You make the call.

1️⃣ Shortlisting and vetting

Within the first week, we source and propose 2 to 4 candidates we think are a strong match. You will receive their resume, expected rate, our notes on why we think they fit, and a short video introduction from them.

2️⃣ Reviewing the candidates

Take a look and let us know who you want to meet. If the first batch is not quite right, we go again with your feedback. No extra cost, no friction.

3️⃣ Screening call (30 min)

You meet the candidates you approved. Your format, your questions. We want you to feel confident before you decide.

4️⃣ Selecting your Assistant

Once you find the right person, we set up your kickoff call and get everything in motion. Worth noting. your assistant has a say in the match too. We think that makes for a stronger, longer lasting partnership.
