Email Sweep Time Goal
Start of shift sweep: [TIME] AM Check emails the client received the night before and prepare for client review in morning sync
Mid shift sweep: [TIME] AM/PM Check morning incomings and pre-draft responses for client's sweep
End of shift sweep: [TIME] PM Check afternoon incomings, pre-draft responses; review any pre-drafts the client has sent
